Lotus Yoga
Lotus Yoga is wisdom gleaned from dynamic movement, awareness of the senses and body, sound and color vibration, clearing blocks and more. It is a synthesis and melding of healing knowledge and dynamic movement from many cultures that had an awareness of healing. This practice opens sweet connection to Gaia and the Elements. Each movement is teaching us. Meridians clear and chakras open allowing us to return to our divine blueprint once more. Light flows and fills us, bringing a restored state of being in Oneness and deep peace, allowing us to return to Joy.

Lotus White is a multi-dimensional and compassionate healer who brings 35 years of study from many healing traditions, massage, meditations, movement and breathing techniques. Educated in evolutionary healing practices, both ancient and current, she returns to Southern Oregon with healing knowledge and her joy in sharing!
Originally from Indiana farmland, where her love of nature and animals grew unfettered, Lotus enjoyed a unique and deep relationship with horses, her first love. With energy channels open from birth, Lotus has had a lifelong connection with Angelic Guides, and easily communicates with animals, plants and people. Her healing path unfolded in early youth. She shares her gift of healing with pure love, seeing and calling forth the divine spirit in all.
Her extensive travels and spiritual journeys expanded her healing skills through mentoring, study, teaching and service in Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe and Hawaii.
She has returned to Ashland to share her gifts through her healing practice. Several offerings are available to fit what may be asking for assistance or attention in your life.
